Automated form-in-place gasketing capabilities enable Acme Alliance to provide the highest standards in airtight sealing and EMI shielding. Because secondary processing needs are discussed at the project start-up, and managed by your Acme Alliance Program Manager, you're assured of both time and cost efficiencies.

The Acme system is set up to produce any type and size run of extruded aluminum parts on an expedited timetable. We have immediate access to top quality billet and log, including the most popular aluminum alloys. We offer more than 20,000 standard dies, with capabilities for quick turnaround of custom and prototype dies.

Our powerful 1100 and 2200-ton presses can form any desired shape to tightly controlled specifications. Your parts are pressed, high-speed CNC machined, custom fabricated, anodized, finished, and custom-packed for just-in-time delivery within one ISO 9002 certified facility.
